Position Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Services Associate II  to join our team. This role involves performing accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense management tasks in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within established procedures under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare statutory accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reports.

  • Maintain accounting and financial records including general ledger and management reports.

  • Conduct research on the impact of accounting rule changes and provide guidance on proposed transactions.

  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and respond to supplier inquiries.

  • Manage employee expense reimbursements and payroll disbursements.

  • Prepare, verify, and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions.

  • Support expense analysis, budgeting, and cost-control programs.

  • Consolidate divisional/subsidiary financial accounts and eliminate inter-company transactions.

  • Develop and evaluate policies and procedures to improve accounting efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, professional standards, and company policies.

  • Perform XBRL data tagging and ensure accurate regulatory reporting.

  • Support financial projects, reporting, and documentation as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.

  • Developed skills in using financial systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to solve standard problems using established guidelines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.

  • Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent accounting/finance experience required.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or business support operations.

  • Experience in payroll, expense management, or shared service environments preferred.
