Position Overview
The Accounting Services Analyst I plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing, timely reporting, and adherence to standardized procedures. This role is ideal for professionals with 4–6 years of experience who bring strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting operations, particularly within the P2P process. The position requires proficiency in Arabic, SAP, and MS Excel, along with the flexibility to adapt to shifting business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.

Handle invoice queries, follow-ups, and support AP invoice processing (PO & Non-PO).

Perform GRIR process and reconciliation.

Prepare month-end journal entries, SLA, KPI, and aging reports.

Assist in preparing dashboards, reconciliation metrics, and audit documentation.

Ensure updated process documentation and adherence to standardized procedures.

Support tax and financial audits.

Collaborate with the quality team and guide quality verifiers when required.

Monitor review progress and alert management of concerns.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

Arabic proficiency (C1–C2 level).

4–6 years of experience in accounting operations.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (report preparation, advanced functions).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to follow structured procedures and meet deadlines.
