Account Executive
Key Responsibilities
Financial Transactions
Record daily financial transactions using Tally
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time
Maintain proper documentation of all financial records
Knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage
Financial Reporting
Prepare and maintain financial reports including:
Balance Sheet
Profit & Loss Statement
Cash Flow Statement
Generate MIS reports for management review
Software Expertise
* Proficient in Tally for accounting operations
* Stay updated with new features and accounting practices
* Familiarity with Zoho Books is a plus
Requirements
* Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in accounting
* B. Com or related qualification
* Strong knowledge of Tally
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills
* Experience in Zoho Books
* Good analytical and organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
